About the Maker

Shane Schooling has been crafting violins for over 20 years. In 1995 he made a pilgrimage to the workshops of Cremona, Italy, fuelling his passion for instrument making. Shane adheres to the proven patterns of the masters, most notably Antonio Stradivarius.

Community Involvement

Shane is a member of the Thompson Valley Community Orchestra in Kamloops, BC, and is trusted by the close network of teachers and players in the Southern Interior of British Columbia.
